A high Fantasy epic in short story form
A short time later, M’hel stands before a raging fire.
“It is time for you to step into your true purpose, stand in the fire.”
Nunley suddenly regains his speech. In shock, he speaks out loud “Hell no!”
“My friend, I understand your fear, but remember six hours ago you were dead. Trust me.”
Suddenly, Nunley is pushed from behind. He stumbles but doesn’t fall. When he turns around, he sees a young witch standing at the door of the forge. She must have used magic to push him from that distance.
“You tried to kill my love!” The witch says in anger as she raises her hands. The orchard trees limbs grow to grab Nunley, but he quickly slashes them with his sword. He looks back at the boy and kicks him in the face, knocking him out. Nunley runs toward the witch.
Nunley the Hunter Nunley arrived at Perga Lyne, the big island of the Peel archipelago about a week ago. He is still hunting his trophy; his cape will not be complete until he claims the second wing from Zyno’s back. Nunley paces in front of ten beautiful young women. A blond catches his eye, but he keeps browsing. He lingers on each girl, making sure to inspect each one as if he were buying one of them.
“You have a fantastic assortment.”
“Variety is the spice of life my friend.”
“Indeed it is, I’m in the mood for something special, I’ll take the blond.” He says as he points to her.

It’s Nunley and crew, they have Ann.
“Before I collect the rest of my cape, you are going to watch me deal out some justice. Magic is illegal in the land and hiding a magic creature on your land is an offense punishable by death.”
